GE - Should Not Make Candidates Wait Indefinitely, Stick To What You Promise

Attending interviews, and clearing or not clearing interviews are common. However, what companies and HRs also needs to understand is that the candidate's time is also important and it really means a lot to at least let them know if they have not got cleared, without making them wait indefinitely. However, there should be a better excuse if they are repeating this with the same candidate in a very short span of time.

This is based on a recent experience. We will also be sharing this with the respective HRs, hoping they will reply back.

TCS Review - Still a good choice for freshers

TCS is definitely a very good brand in India and even outside India as it is a Tata company. It is one of the best services companies any fresher would like to join. There was a time when everyone wanted to join one of TCS, Infosys or Wipro. One of the reasons being the onsite opportunities and their presence in campus interviews. Pay is not the best in the industry, but is definitely not bad.

Let it be positive or negative, it means a lot to a candidate then the company gets back with a positive or negative feedback. Interview Experience With Amazon

The purpose of this post is not to give you a list of questions asked, but to share a recent experience with Amazon's interview process. 

It was a weekend interview to fill some important positions. Company had arranged cabs to pick up candidates who are far and have opted for cab. The cab will pick you as well as drop you back irrespective of whether you have cleared the interview or not.

Unlike usual style, it started with a design round and then went into coding.
